Space mission patches: design and selection
Explore space-themed and mission-related insignia. Compare mission names, organization wording and artwork to select the particular design you want to remember.
- Read the full unit, aircraft or ship designation.
- Compare listed dimensions, construction and backing.
- Review the photographs for the exact artwork and wording.
A collection can be organized around an assignment, a particular aircraft or ship, or a series of related unit emblems. Use the wording and artwork to build that connection deliberately. Similar nicknames, colors or silhouettes do not necessarily identify the same organization or period.
Heritage behind the collection
Sputnik 1 became the first artificial satellite when it launched on 4 October 1957. The event helped open the Space Age, giving later spacecraft, missions and organizations a place in a rapidly expanding history of exploration.

Compare the individual product details
Attachment options vary by product. A removable hook-and-loop version is different from a sew-on or iron-on patch, so use the individual listing rather than the category name to identify the backing. For a gift or display grouping, the precise unit and design often matter as much as the overall subject.
